These Terms and Conditions May Change

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of cheaperonline2u.com following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.

Effective Date: 13-03-2025

Scope: These terms apply to all products and services provided by our company, including new iPhones, second-hand iPhones, wholesale, and repair services.

    1. Orders & Payment

  • Customers must complete payment within the specified time after placing an order, or the order may be canceled.
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, cash, e-wallets, and other payment options provided by the company.
  • Once an order is confirmed and paid, no refunds or changes are allowed unless it meets the refund policy (see Section 4).

    2. Products & Services

  • All new iPhones sold by the company are genuine and original. All second-hand iPhones undergo strict testing, and their condition and functionality are clearly stated.
  • Customers should carefully review product details before purchasing. If there are any questions, please inquire before making a purchase.
  • Repair services will only proceed after an initial inspection and the customer’s approval of the repair quote.

    3. Warranty & Liability

    • 3.1 General Warranty Policy
    • New iPhone Warranty: Follows Apple’s official warranty policy. Additional services will be specified separately.
    • Second-hand iPhone Warranty: Applies only to eligible devices. Coverage and duration are specified at the time of purchase.
    • Repair Warranty: If a repaired device experiences the same issue within 7 days, it can be repaired again for free. Beyond this period, new repair charges apply.
    • 3.2 Warranty Exclusions

      The following conditions are NOT covered under our warranty:

    • Water Damage: Any exposure to liquids, submersion, spills, or rain voids the warranty.
    • Drop Damage: Cracked screens, dents, or any damage caused by impact are not covered.
    • Broken Warranty Seal: If the warranty seal is tampered with or removed, the warranty is void.
    • Ordinary Wear & Tear: Includes battery performance decline, minor scratches, fading colors, and other aging-related issues.

    ❗ Devices with unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party servicing are NOT covered under our warranty.

    4. Return & Refund Policy

  • 4.1 Refund & Return Eligibility

    To qualify for a refund or return, your request MUST meet all of the following conditions:

    • ✅ The request is made within 3 days of purchase.
    • ✅ The item is unused and in its original condition.
    • ✅ A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
    • ✅ The item must be free from physical damage and must include all original accessories and packaging.

    ⚠️ Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the rejection of your refund or return request.

    • 4.2 Non-Refundable Items
    • ❌ Gift cards or vouchers
    • ❌ Downloadable digital products
    • ❌ Personalized or customized items
    • ❌ Accessories (non-refundable)
    • ❌ Items marked as "Final Sale"
    • 4.3 Processing Fee
    • 📌 A 2% processing fee will be applied to refunds if the request is not due to any fault on our part.
    • 4.4 Refund Process

    • 2️⃣ Our team will review the request within 7 working days.
    • 3️⃣ If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 working days to your original payment method.
    • 4.5 Late or Missing Refunds

      If your refund has not been received:

    • 🔹 Check your bank account or digital wallet.
    • 🔹 Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
    • 🔹 If still unresolved, email hellocheaper@yahoo.com.

    ❗ Refund approval is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

    5. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.
  • Products must be in original condition and include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
    • 5.1 Exchange Process
    • 1️⃣ Visit the relevant retail store or contact customer service on WhatsApp.
    • 2️⃣ If approved, we will attempt to provide a similar make and model within 7-14 working days, subject to stock availability.
    • 3️⃣ If stock is unavailable within this period, we will notify the customer of alternative options.

    ⚠️ Exchange is only allowed ONCE per purchase. If the exchange request is due to customer preference, additional charges may apply.

    6. Prepare Your Return

    • To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

    • ✅ Remove all passwords (device passcodes, Apple/Google ID logins).
    • ✅ Erase all personal data and factory reset the device.
    • ✅ Remove your SIM card before returning the device.
    • ✅ Pack the item(s) with all original accessories in the original packaging.
    • ✅ Wait for confirmation from our team before returning the item.

    ❗ Failure to remove personal data may result in rejection of the return, and we are not liable for data loss or security risks.

    7. Shipping Returns

    • 📍 Return items must be shipped to:

    • 🚨 IMPORTANT:
    • Customers must provide original receipt and photos/videos before and after packaging the item.
    • Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
    • 7.1 Expensive Items
    • We recommend using trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items.
    • We do not guarantee receipt of your return package.

    8. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted with the updated revision date.
